This workshop, offered on April 16, 2025, provided guidance on developing your project workplan, which will include project goals, objectives, tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes and deliverables. The workplan is a required deliverable in the first quarter of your subgrant period, and the workshop will share a sample template and walk through the work planning process.
